Thank you for using Satset WA. We at Receh Labs are fully committed to protecting your privacy. This document describes in detail how our application handles your data.
1. Introduction
The main philosophy of Satset WA is "Local-First". We believe that productivity tools should not snoop on their users' data. Therefore, Satset WA is designed so that most processes occur directly on your device (On-Device), without sending personal data to our servers.
2. Data Collection and Usage
No Data Storage Server
We do not have a centralized database to store your chat history, contacts, or notes. All such data is stored locally on your mobile phone's internal storage using Shared Preferences technology and local databases.
3. Device Access Permissions
To enable Satset WA's advanced features, we require several access permissions. Here is the explanation:
- Camera Used exclusively for the OCR Scanner feature. The application processes images in real-time to detect text (phone numbers). Images are not uploaded anywhere.
- Storage (Read Media Images) Required if you want to scan phone numbers from screenshots or images already stored in the Gallery.
- Notifications Used for the Chat Schedule (Reminders) feature. Reminders run locally on your Android system.
4. Third Party Services
Although we do not collect data, this application uses third-party libraries that may collect basic technical data (such as device type or error logs) for application stability purposes:
- Google ML Kit: Used for text recognition (OCR) features. Text processing is done on-device.
- Google Play Services: Standard Android services.
5. Security
Since data is stored on your device, data security relies heavily on the physical security of your device. We recommend always locking your device so that history and CRM notes within the application are not accessed by others. If you delete the application (Uninstall), all local data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered by us.
