Receh Labs ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Satset WA mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Data Stored Locally

Satset WA stores all user data locally on your device. This includes:

  • Phone numbers you've contacted
  • Personal notes you add to contacts
  • Message templates you create
  • Scheduled reminders
  • App preferences and settings

Important: We do NOT collect, transmit, or store any of this data on our servers.

1.2 Permissions Required

The App requests the following permissions:

  • Internet Access Required to launch WhatsApp with pre-filled messages
  • Camera Access Used only when you choose to scan phone numbers from photos using OCR
  • Storage/Media Access Used only when you choose to select photos from your gallery for OCR scanning
  • Notifications Used to send scheduled reminder notifications
  • Boot Completed Used to restore scheduled reminders after device restart

1.3 Data Shared with Third Parties

  • WhatsApp: When you send a message, only the phone number and message text are sent to WhatsApp through their official intent/URL scheme. We have no control over how WhatsApp processes this data.
  • Google ML Kit: OCR (text recognition) is performed locally on your device using Google's ML Kit. Images are NOT sent to external servers.
  • Firebase: Crash reporting and usage analytics are sent to Google Firebase to help us improve app stability and user experience (see Section 1.4 below).

1.4 Firebase Services (Crash Reporting & Analytics)

Satset WA uses Google Firebase for crash reporting and analytics:

Firebase Crashlytics

  • Automatically collects crash reports and errors to help us fix bugs
  • Data collected: Exception type, stack trace, device model, OS version, app version
  • Only sent when a crash occurs
  • Helps us improve app stability

Firebase Analytics

  • Tracks anonymous usage events: app opens, features used, messages sent, language changes
  • Data is aggregated and anonymous (no personal phone numbers are logged)
  • Helps us understand which features are popular and improve the app
  • You cannot opt-out of crash reporting, but analytics events contain no personal data

Note: Firebase data is stored securely on Google's servers. See Google's Privacy Policy.

1.5 Future Features (AdMob Integration)

In future versions, we plan to integrate Google AdMob for advertising. When implemented, AdMob may collect device information and advertising identifiers. You will be notified through an updated Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data stored locally on your device to:

  • Provide core app functionality (direct chat, templates, reminders)
  • Maintain contact history and notes for your convenience
  • Display previously contacted numbers
  • Send scheduled reminder notifications

We do NOT:

  • Sell your data to third parties
  • Use your data for marketing purposes
  • Access your data remotely
  • Share your data with anyone except WhatsApp (when you initiate a message)

3. Data Security

  • All data is stored locally using Android's SharedPreferences with app-private storage
  • No data is transmitted to our servers
  • OCR processing happens entirely on your device
  • You can delete all app data at any time through Android Settings > Apps > Satset WA > Storage > Clear Data

4. Children's Privacy

Satset WA is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access all data stored by the app (visible within the app interface)
  • Delete specific contacts, templates, or reminders
  • Completely remove all app data by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage
  • Revoke any permissions granted to the app through Android Settings

6. International Users

Satset WA is developed in Indonesia but can be used worldwide. All data processing occurs locally on your device regardless of your location.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app and on our website (if applicable). Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

8. Third-Party Services

8.1 WhatsApp

  • WhatsApp is a separate service owned by Meta Platforms, Inc.
  • Their Privacy Policy: whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy
  • We only launch WhatsApp with pre-filled data; we do not access or control WhatsApp's data

8.2 Google ML Kit (OCR)

  • Text recognition is performed locally on device
  • Google's Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy
  • No images are sent to Google servers

8.3 Google Firebase (Crash Reporting & Analytics)

  • Crashlytics: Automatically reports app crashes and errors
  • Analytics: Tracks anonymous usage events and app performance
  • Both services are Google-owned and follow Google's Privacy Policy
  • Google's Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy
  • Firebase Terms: firebase.google.com/terms
  • Data is transmitted to Google's servers for analysis
  • No personal phone numbers or contact details are sent to Firebase
  • Crash reports contain technical information only (exceptions, stack traces, device info)

9. Data Retention

  • Data is retained locally on your device until you manually delete it
  • Uninstalling the app removes all stored data
  • We do not have access to or control over your locally stored data

Receh Labs ("kami") mengoperasikan aplikasi Satset WA. Kebijakan Privasi ini menjelaskan bagaimana kami mengumpulkan, menggunakan, dan melindungi informasi Anda.

Ringkasan Penting:

  • Semua data disimpan LOKAL di perangkat Anda
  • Kami TIDAK mengirim data Anda ke server kami (kecuali Firebase untuk crash reporting)
  • Data hanya dibagikan ke WhatsApp saat Anda mengirim pesan
  • OCR (scan foto) diproses di perangkat Anda, tidak dikirim ke server
  • Firebase Crashlytics mengirim laporan error untuk membantu kami perbaiki bug
  • Firebase Analytics melacak event anonim (buka app, fitur yang digunakan, dsb)
  • Tidak ada nomor telepon atau data pribadi yang dikirim ke Firebase
  • Anda dapat menghapus semua data lokal kapan saja

Izin yang Diminta:

  • Internet Untuk membuka WhatsApp dengan pesan
  • Kamera Hanya untuk scan nomor dari foto (opsional)
  • Penyimpanan Hanya untuk pilih foto dari galeri (opsional)
  • Notifikasi Untuk pengingat terjadwal
  • Boot Completed Untuk mengembalikan pengingat setelah restart
